The Performance This year's award and performance ceremony will take place at the 100-person capacity Cape Cod Media Center in Dennis Port, MA. on Saturday, April 2, 2016 @ 7:00 pm. Eventide Arts' Songwriting Competition is an opportunity for songwriters, musicians, and performers in the New England area to win cash and prizes, further their careers, and gain recognition in the music industry. * First place will be awarded in each category: * Overall grand prize winner will receive $500 * Overall runner up winner will receive $250 * Overall second runner up winner will receive $100 * Overall Director's Choice winner will receive $100 Tickets will be sold at the door for $10.  Food/Beverages provided.
