From intimate coffee houses to the Montreal Jazz Festival, Les has sung before crowds of 200 to 20,000. She has also opened for such legends as Aretha Franklin, Heart, and Sugarland. And Savoir Faire, the new Jazz combo that Rounder Records recording artist and bluesy songwriter Les Sampou created last year with Jim Gordon, is not to miss! If you’ve seen Les here before at the Center (an annual event!), you know you’re in for a treat no matter what style she sings.  With her four-octave range, Les now moves into the world of the American Songbook bringing a unique and sultry interpretation to some of history’s most beloved jazz tunes.
