Everyone Has a Great Picture!  Pick Your Favorite, Take a New One!  (Family Friendly, please)

Marstons Mills Public Library hosts its first Community Photography Contest.  Submission period opens at 9 AM on Sept. 1 and closes at 5 PM on Sept. 9.  Each entry, up to 8 x 10, is $5 and must have the entrant's name, phone number, and email on the back of the photo, and be accompanied by an entry form.  Entry forms will be available at the library's circulation desk or online at www.mmpl.org after Aug. 29.

Voting begins on Marstons MIlls Village Day, Sun. Sept. 13, and continues until noon on Saturday, Sept. 19.

Two types of judging:

First, second, and third prize winners chosen by professional photographer Russ Price.

Honorable mention chosen by community vote with "A Buck A Ballot" -- each vote is $1, will ballots available for purchase at the circulation desk beginning Sept. 13.

Prizes will be awarded at 1 PM on Sat. Sept. 19 at the library.

Winners eligible for inclusion in Marstons Mills 2016 calendar.

Proceeds benefit the Marstons Mills Public Library.

Admission Info
