On Silent Wings - the Magic of the Snowy Owl

at Hyannis Public Library

You are invited to The Hyannis Public Library on Wednesday, September 16 at 6 p. m. when wildlife photographer Peter Christoph will present his enormously popular presentation “On Silent Wings - the Magic of the Snowy Owl.”  This program is free and open to the public.      Two years ago, Mr. Cristoph followed the movements of migrating snowy owls to the beaches of Salisbury, Hampton, and Plum Island, and captured rare and intimate photographs of the snowy owls in their winter habitat.  During this talk Peter will reveal his passion for photographing birds in their natural habitats and you’ll see why his photographs have won numerous awards.      Peter Christoph is a full-time wildlife photographer, speaker, and author from Lancaster, MA.   The second edition of Birds, a 90 page color book, was recently released.      Do you love the outdoors and birding?  Then do not miss the chance to hear one of New England’s most entertaining and informative speakers tell you about the splendor of the snowy owl!      Copies of Birds will be available for sale and signing.
