The Alzheimer's Family Support Center of Cape Cod presents MEMORY OBJECTS, a silent auction of original books made in collaboration between artists and writers, September 4-5 at the Fine Arts Work Center, 24 Pearl Street, Provincetown. The opening reception, Friday, 7 pm, includes a reading by participating authors Michael Cunningham (Pulitzer Prize winner, The Hours), Greg O'Brien (International Book Award winner, On Pluto: Inside the Mind of Alzheimer's), and Toby Olson (PEN/Faulkner award winner, The Other Woman). Gallery re-opens Saturday, September 5, at noon. Closing reception begins at 5 pm on Saturday; bidding closes at 7 pm.
