You know that feeling when you get to work or home or wherever you\'re going and you realize you don\'t remember the \'getting there\' at all?  Do you sometimes find that\'s happened with time?  You\'re not quite sure where the last two months went? The last 10 years?

It\'s easy to fall asleep in our lives - to get in a groove, let auto-pilot take over, and just go along.

Journey Flags invites us to pause and look around - at where we\'ve been, where we are, and the road we\'re traveling.  This workshop creates a space in which to check our mirrors, re-orient ourselves, and to create markers  help us find our way when next we wander off, fall asleep, or simply feel we may have lost our path.

In this workshop, we\'ll start with some conversation about vision boards, \'laws of attraction,\' and reflective practice.  After some consideration of the theory and practice of each, we\'ll talk about Journey Flags - what they borrow and what they leave behind - and begin to make our own.

Through a combination of conversation, questions, and guided reflection, we\'ll identify noe specific moment or experience along our journey and examine it with the curiosity of an explorer - looking from multiple perspectives, and seeking to identity the fine detail.

When we\'re ready - we\'ll take what we\'ve just \'seen,\' and transcribe it onto a piece of cloth, creating a personal Journey Flags, ready to hang as reminder and message to the universe.
