The Artist Cottages provide a venue for local artists and artisans to make and sell their work. Visit the Artist Cottages July, August and  Labor Day weekend, and stroll among the charming collection of 8 colorful cottages, located in the Village Center Cultural District of Orleans. We offer the artwork of over 35 local artists who work and sell their wares right from their cottages throughout the summer. The roster of artists varies from week to week and their work includes painting, jewelry, sculpture, glass, ceramics, photography, and more. Our artist village is art-centric and features a gorgeous artist-made Gate, and a new fabulous Mural, painted by local artists, depicting the area as it appeared in 1914, when the trains ran through Orleans.

The Artist Cottages are open Wednesday - Sunday, 11am -6 pm - earlier on Saturdays when the adjacent Farmer's Market is open.  Information on the program and participating artists is available on line at www.artcottages.com.
