Former Treasury executive Arlene Kay is the published author of seven novels of mystery/romantic suspense, including the four volume SWANN SAGA published by Belle Bridge Books. She is a former executive board member of the Cape Cod Writers’ Center and New England Chapter of Sisters in Crime, and has taught numerous writing classes to both adult and young writers. Ms. Kay hold a graduate degree (abd)in Political Science and Constitutional Law.
