Joey Rugo is a 26-year-old chef and entrepreneur who serves gourmet tacos and Mexican style street corn out of his Wellfleet based food truck. With the assistance of friend and teacher Zia Auch, the two will break down the recipes, prep work, and give cooking instructions for Joey’s most popular gourmet tacos and street corn.
