Presented by Cotuit Center for the Arts at Cotuit Center for the Arts

October 26
featuring Matt & Sarah Borrello

Join us for our Monday music series featuring local singer/songwriters (and sometimes nationally touring artists).

Sarah Borrello

With a voice that grabs you and won't let go, Sarah's songs like "Stranglehold" and other fan favorites earned her New England Music Awards' Best New Act of 2012, and Rock Act of the Year with her band in 2014. Sarah has performed in the Northeast for over 7 years, supporting such established acts as Amanda Palmer, Shawn Mullins, and John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band.

Matt Borrello

Matt Borrello is a singer and guitar player from Dighton, Ma. For over eight years Matt has performed regularly in the Boston/Providence area, usually as a solo acoustic act, but also as a sideman for other songwriters and as the frontman of his blues rock band, the Quality Dogs. Matt’s insightful songwriting and passionate performances have earned him recognition in various New England talent showcases and songwriting contests, most notably at the Boston Folk Festival Youth Songwriting Contest. His songs draw their structures from folk, country, blues, and rock music. He is a lover of spontaneous collaborations with other musicians and his songs have highly malleable arrangements.
