This watercolor workshop with painter Arlene Mollo is open to watercolorists at all skill levels. The goal of this workshop is to increase your understanding of how color saturation can impact structure and depth in watercolors. This workshop will focus on using deep, rich color to enliven and saturate watercolor images. Using this approach, you will render simple forms from nature, such as plants, shells, fruits, stones, and more. You will learn how to purposefully create dark tones by using specific, dense pigments. This workshop provides time for you to practice mixing crucial "darks" that can enrich and enliven your artworks. Vibrancy through density is one of the hallmarks of watercolor!
