The production crew filmed on location in Chatham in December 2014, making it the most expensive film ever shot on Cape Cod.

Sherman's latest book is called BOSTON STRONG: A City's Triumph over Tragedy. That book (co-authored by Dave Wedge) is also being turned into a big budget movie for 20th Century FOX. Sherman is also the author of ANIMAL: The Bloody Rise and Fall of the Mob's Most Feared Assassin, about infamous mafia hit-man Joe "The Animal" Barboza (who was once jailed at the Barnstable House of Correction) and SEARCH FOR THE STRANGLER, about Sherman's renowned re-investigation of the murder of his aunt Mary Sullivan (a 1962 graduate of Barnstable High School) at the hands of the infamous Boston Strangler.
