Within a relaxed and individualized approach to learning, this two-day workshop is designed to enhance your understanding of ways to create a series of small images while utilizing classic watercolor techniques. Specifically, you will learn how a limited color palette helps to provide structure within your composition; how blending specific color combinations can increase your range of color tone; and how learning the very crucial skill of "reserving the white" of your paper helps bring clarity to the watercolors you produce. This workshop is taught by Arlene Black Mollo, a professor emerita at the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.
