Are you ready for a little “church” Cotuit style?  Then get your gospel bluesy roots over to the Center for an early afternoon concert from the Berklee Reverence Gospel Choir that will have your feet tapping all day.  Ticket price includes the concert only; box office opens at 11:00, theater opens at noon, and the concert begins at 12:00.

About the Artists:

The Berklee Reverence Gospel Choir sings Southern gospel, Negro spirituals, roots music, blues, and jazz improvisation. The choir is known for its rousing sound and diverse repertoire. The choir has included students from Japan, Greece, Israel, Lebanon, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, the United States, and a number of European and Scandinavian nations.

Before the concert our volunteer music committee members and friends will be organizing a pot-luck.  If you’d like to share some gospel chow, come to the gallery at 11:00 and bring something inspired by the theme of the day.  Our cash bar will be open, so enjoy a bloody Mary or your favorite non-alcoholic beverage.  Think of it as our church social – come early and enjoy everyone’s company and offerings.
