Meet the Artist John Glass on Saturday, February 7 from 2 to 4 p.m. at The Art Gallery of the Guild of Harwich Artists, 551 Main St, (Rte 28) Harwich Port. Open Weekends. 508-769-6759.
A reception and demonstration will be held.
John will demo a familiar scene of the Herring River near Route 28 in West Harwich. He will use water mixable oils as his medium and will answer any questions as to the medium, his works or the gallery.
His art, as well as that of twenty-one other Harwich artists, is on permanent display at the gallery. The gallery is a cooperative presenting the original works of member artists in all media. A special exhibition of themed paintings “Winter Concert” is featured through March.
Parking is available at the “Tourist Information Center” directly across the street. Light refreshments will be served.  All are invited. Free!
