Snow date January 4. A special event hosted by the Plain Talk Initiative and its partners in memory of those who have lost their battle with addiction .... and in support of those still fighting. An opportunity to Just Say YES to helping those struggling with substance abuse. Join us for testimonials, music, a candle-light ceremony, and the start of a year marked by redoubled efforts to deal with addiction together. Special guests include Matt Ganem, the Poet and Author of “The Shadow of an Addict”; New England Urban Music Awards 2013 Male Spoken Word artist of the year, a former heroin addict his life and poetry are a beacon of hope for those still struggling with addiction. Matt is a highly requested poet and author who organizes and frequently headlines events in the greater Boston area. He is also the founder of Wicked Sober. No admission charge. Donations welcome. Plain Talk is funded by the Cape Cod Five Foundation.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
