This is a six week class that meets on Wednesday afternoons. This class is for all levels and all media. Experiment with different sand shapes of palette knives to create a variety of textures. Learn to use texture and color mixing directly on the canvas to create a dynamic painting. Students will choose their own subject for painting. They may work from photographs and/or nature (they may work on the grounds surrounding the Art Center). Each session will end with a group critique.
