Photographer/educator, Heather Pillar is the creator of the upcoming book, Memento Morrie: Images of Love and Loss. Morrie Schwartz (of ‘Tuesdays with Morrie’ fame) and I explore love and loss during the last six months of his life. Daylight Books is publishing my monograph of 44 duotone photographs with 4 essays by outstanding people in their fields in a beautiful hardcover book.

Book dummy (maquette) of 'Memento Morrie: Images of Love and Loss' is Heather Pillar's documentation of Morrie Schwartz's last six months. Morrie was diagnosed with ALS and shared his wisdom about life, love and loss in media outlets such as the popular memoir, 'Tuesdays with Morrie.' Daylight Books will publish 44 images with 4 essays in hardcover this summer 2024.
