About the instructor:
Jen Shannon is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in Yoga and meditation. In addition to Kripalu Yoga, she has studied and practiced several forms of Yoga including Iyengar, Yin, and Svaroopa Yoga. She has 30 years of experience practicing psychotherapy and mind/body medicine. In her yoga classes she strives to integrate and share her knowledge of health and wellness. She will lead you through a class using breath, gentle movement and traditional yoga poses to balance and revitalize.
