Winter Art 2021: We Are Cape Cod

The annual Winter Art exhibition has long celebrated the endeavors of artists living and working on Cape Cod. In past years, we have welcomed thousands of student visitors to view and create their own artwork reflective of a variety of themes.

This year’s exhibit, We Are Cape Cod, will open Saturday, February 6 and  run through Saturday, March 20. You can enjoy the exhibit by stopping into the Cotuit Center, from 10 am to 4 pm, Wednesdays through Saturday, each week. The exhibit features portraits of Cape Codders, including our four-legged friends, that make our community such a special place.

For Winter Art 2021: We Are Cape Cod, Cape Cod artists of all ages and abilities are invited to submit portraiture they have created of themselves or a fellow Cape resident (pet portraits welcome)

Cotuit Center for the Arts hopes to fill the galleries with artwork depicting those family members, friends and neighbors who call Cape Cod their home. In addition, we look forward to offering downloadable projects and virtual visits with local artists, musicians, and poets to enhance the exhibition.
