ArtWeek Event: Surround yourself with the imaginative art work at Cross Rip Gallery and learn about creating beautiful maki rolls enjoying food, beverages and good cheer!
In the intimate setting of Cross Rip Gallery, with its opening exhibit of the season “Force of Nature” on display, Chef Ken of Bluefins Sushi & Sake Bar in Chatham will do a short presentation on the art of sushi: it’s history, how to make it and subtle techniques employed in making it the beautiful dish that so many have come to love.

Cross Rip Gallery's first exhibit of the season, "Force of Nature" will have its opening reception on Saturday, April 27th, 5 pm-7 pm. Refreshments will be served. Free, open to the public.
