This class is a modified, fun and easy to learn, Tai Chi Practice. Over the course of 8 weeks we will learn 8 moves which will be the basis for an at home practice. The entire practice may be done standing as well as seated. Through the practice of Tai Chi there are many benefits which are backed by scientific research. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
