Summer Musical Gala

The Cape Cod Jazz Quintet with Bart Weisman will perform for a Summer Gala sponsored by the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth at 3 p.m. Aug. 9 in the Kelley Chapel Meadow, Yarmouth Port. The event will also feature a silent auction of art, antiques, goods and services donated by society members and local businesses. The auction preview and bidding begins at 2 p.m. The concert with a guest appearance by Siobhan Magnus will begin at 3 p.m. followed by wine and refreshments at 4.

Tickets are available at Adrenes Jewelers in South Yarmouth, Bass River Shoe Co., South Yarmouth, Puritan Clothing, Hyannis, and the historical society by calling 508-362-3021. The entrance to the meadow is at the gate to the nature trails behind the Yarmouth Port Post Office, Route 6A.
