Sound Bathing

Pause the constant motion of daily life and immerse yourself in a 60-minute outdoor Sound Bath experience in our tranquil West Garden (weather permitting). Using a combination of Crystal Tones Alchemy singing bowls and other ancient sound healing instruments, you will be guided on a journey of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the healing vibrations wash over you. The instruments are specifically chosen for their ability to help clear blockages, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace and well-being. Please wear comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing, and bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, as well as a pillow or rolled up towels for added comfort and anything else you might want to feel comfortable lying down. In the event of rain, the event will be held inside. We recommend arriving early to set up your space, as the class will begin promptly at the start time.
