Scherenschnitte

While visiting the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area in the heart of the Amish and Mennonite communities, Carolyn Wiedemann became intriqued by the art of the intricate paper cuttings, Scherenschnitte.  The exhibit displays her original desings and patterns.  Because she rarely cuts the same design twice, all pieces are one of a kind.  The 31 pieces in this unique exhibit are available for purchase. Hours are 10-4 Monday through Saturday, noon-4 Sunday.
