To keep the art flowing and artists working during the Coronavirus outbreak, the Sandwich Arts Alliance has created an all new online Virtual Pop-Up Art Sale at their website, offering a unique opportunity for art lovers to purchase mini art pieces donated by talented SAA artists. Starting July 1st you can visit www.SandwichArtsAlliance.org and start browsing.
All proceeds from this sale will benefit Sandwich Arts Alliance “and help keep the lights on until we get back to some degree of normality”, offered Interim SAA President Todd Herrmann.
According to Herrmann, most of the small works offered will be in sizes of 5×7, 6×8 or 8×10 and priced at $50, $60 or $70, respectively.
“They will be framed or unframed and ready for a spot in the kitchen, bedroom or bookshelf, and they make a great gift for any art enthusiast”, added Herrmann. “There will also be three-dimensional art, fine art photography, jewelry and much more. All priced between $50-$70.”
The SAA sees this as a win-win situation where the public will have the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind art pieces at affordable prices while helping the Sandwich Arts Alliance at the same time. Early shopping is suggested as the items are predicted to sell quickly.
Sandwich Arts Alliance, located at 124 Route 6A, is an artist-driven, 501c3 non-profit organization that promotes the arts and the artist as well as business and the arts, empowering artists, serving as a platform for new works, cultivating our creative economy, and culturally enriching the Sandwich, MA community and its visitors.
