"Remembering Julia" with Chef Austin Peters

Julia Child revolutionized American cooking by presenting an approachable version of
sophisticated French cooking techniques. Join us as we pay tribute to this
iconic chef and prepare dishes inspired by her most famous book, *Mastering
the Art of French Cooking*. Our menu includes several of her signature
dishes, including the deeply delicious and crowd-pleasing Coq au Vin
(Chicken Braised in Red Wine).

ADMISSION INFO

The Prep Class is $50pp. The Demo Class is $65pp. Includes a recipe packets and the food prepared.
