Qi Gong Session 1 Class 2

Join us for Qi Gong in the beautiful gardens of Highfield Hall.

This summer we will offer two 4-week sessions of relaxing, centering, Qi Gong with Margie Mitchell. The practice of Qigong integrates the mind, body, and spirit energies through breath work, gentle stretching, warm-ups, “flows”, and meditation to promote wellness, increased vitality, and overall sense of wellbeing. Margie Mitchell is Holden Qi Gong certified.

Find out more about Qi Gong on her website at www.capechigong.com.  Session one will begin on Tuesday, June 6 and continue for four weeks (6/6. 6/13, 6/20, 6/27) 9:15 am-10:15 am The second session will run in July and August (7/11, 7/18, 8/1, 8/8) The cost will be $10/class, $12/Drop-ins. Students are encouraged to dress comfortably. No mat is required.
