My wonderful wife Betty is celebrating a big birthday this Wednesday. That’s right: the big 29, again! It is such a pleasure to cook for her as she enjoys almost everything I will cook. Except calves liver and other organ meats! So we'll be having poached halibut with fresh grapes, confit of duck, medallions of veal in Morrocan sauce and finish with a cheese course. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
