The day after Presidents’ Day, the four Mount Rushmore Presidents will be matched to foods that speak to their personas with a special menu from Chef Joe Cizynski.
Tuesday, February 18, from 6-8pm. The day after Presidents' Day, the four Mount Rushmore Presidents will be matched to foods that speak to their personas. A curried couscous salad with pickled vegetables and a Virginia ham will honor Jefferson and his love of Champagne and vegetables, The chef will pay homage to Washington with sautéed foie gras and the cherry sauce. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
