Jazz Vocalist Donna Byrne

Jazz vocalist Donna Byrne performs at historic Woods Hole Community Hall in Falmouth on Cape Cod, Tuesday, October 20th at 7:30 PM. Byrne emerged as a jazz vocalist on Cape Cod 25 years ago and caught the attention of legendary pianist Dave McKenna. She quickly became known as a powerful vocalist and engaging live performer who Tony Bennett described as “The Real McCoy.” She has eight solo CDs to her credit and has presented concerts at top venues such as Scullers Jazz Club in Boston, Blues Ally in Washington, D.C., Tavern on the Green in New York and The Jazz Bakery in Los Angeles.  She is supported by top jazz musicians Tim Ray on piano, Marshall Wood on bass and Jim Gwin on drums.
