Postponed! Holiday Preserves and Parisian Hot Chocolate, with Marc J. Sievers 

Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Tuesday, December 12, from 1-3:30pm. Let’s go to Paris for Christmas!  In this class you will learn how to make Marc’s delicious and very festive Holiday Preserves.  It is the perfect blend of classic winter spices and flavors, ideal for enjoying and gifting to family and friends all winter long!  Next up—you will learn how to make the most LUXURIOUS hot chocolate you have ever had.  Inspired by Angelina in Paris, Marc’s Parisian Hot Chocolate is layered in flavors and is dessert in a cup with the most velvety texture you can imagine!  With vanilla and cinnamon, there is a bit of spice, while salted caramel sauce takes the extravagance to an entirely new level.  A touch of Paris in the middle of winter on Cape Cod!  And who knows, there may be a few surprises, too! #NaughtyOrNiceList. $90 includes class and all supplies.  Register at www.cultural-center.org or call 508-394-7100.
