Join Sturgis Library for this exciting art history talk focused on Japanese prints from the Edo era!

Japanese print enthusiast Tom Silver will explore the work of Japan’s most famous artist, Katsushika Hokusai, in the context of his life and times. Mr. Silver also showcases masterpieces covering the 350-year history of the genre. This presentation focuses on Japanese prints of the Edo period, also known as the “Floating World.”
