Fall Colors in the Park Concert

Join Beyond the Bounds for its final show of the 2022 season featuring award-winning Palestinian cellist and composer Naseem Alatrash.

Naseem, whose music includes a mix of improvisation and traditional melodies, has performed at numerous international festivals and venues including the Newport Jazz Festival, the Kennedy Center, the Lincoln Center, and the Royal Opera of Oman.

Taking place at Nickerson State Park at the Big Cliff Pond Beach in Brewster, Fall Colors in the Park will feature Naseem and his trio (piano, cello, and percussion). Together, they seek new sounds of inclusion and global jazz and have performed throughout the Northeast, including the Berklee Performance Center and Next Stage in Vermont.

This concert, which is free of charge, will also include cello duos of both classical and Middle Eastern music performances as well as a live painting exhibition. All ages are welcome and the location is handicapped accessible.

The rain date is October 9th at 5 pm.
