     Author and historian Dr. John T. Cumbler will return to the Hyannis Public Library on Wednesday, September 30 at 6 p. m. to complete his fascinating talk about  “The Land, the Sea and the Harbor: Changing Ways Cape Codders Have Used Their Place.” This talk is free and open to the public.
