Join local nature photographer Jesse Mechling for a two-day nature photo workshop sponsored by the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. During the workshop participants will learn techniques for capturing classic Cape Cod nature scenes including composition and lighting to make dramatic landscape photos. The workshop consists of evening lecture, and full day of shooting with some time for showcasing and critiquing student work. Locations and subjects may include: salt marsh, barrier beach, forests, dunes, walkways, historic buildings, seals and birds Students should have basic working knowledge of their cameras, whether SLR or point and shoot.
