Do you love music? CAPE COD MUSEUM OF ART is seeking one or more volunteer

Audio – Visual Technician Assistants to support broadcasting LIVE Concerts and various other events at CCMoA

CAPE COD MUSEUM OF ART is seeking Volunteers who are interested in supporting the Sunday Music & More Concerts, as well as various events during the upcoming year, at the Museum located in Dennis.

The right candidate will assist a professional Sound Engineer who has years of experience in the audio industry.

We are willing to train young or old. Internship mentoring is an option for students.

CCMoA holds concerts during the winter season on Sundays in January, February, and March. The concerts will be in person and also live streaming. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has a passion for music and would like to learn, or for anyone who has the experience and would like to support the Museum.

Experience/Skills

  • Excellent Technology aptitude – comfortable with computers, video, and audio equipment
  • Audio-Visual experience preferred but not required
  • Assist with set up and breakdown and operation of equipment
  • Ability to move and set up equipment – no more than 50 lbs.
  • Available on Sundays January – March – time required 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, beginning Jan 9th – March 27th and various other events as needed throughout the year.

Covid Policy

All Staff and Volunteers are required to be fully vaccinated and wear masks while in the museum

All guests entering the Museum must wear masks, all seated events or classroom events attendees must show proof of vaccination. Limited seating capacity to provide social distancing and comfort and safety for our guests. No food or beverages allowed inside the Museum.
