Raymond is an international award winning designer and consultant in the performing arts.  His work has been seen on Broadway, the Smithsonian, and many regional and educational theaters across the US.  Raymond also consults with arts organizations on aligning their operations and management with their mission and vision to better focus on what they do best – create art.  Raymond is an award winning consultant in the performing and cultural arts, having designed theater technology and audiovisual systems in 5 out of 6 of the largest performing arts centers in the US, overseas in Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe.  He has worked with arts organizations of all sizes and budgets on master planning and execution of everything from renovations to new construction.
