Kenneth Hawkey
Kenneth is represented by Larkin Gallery, Inc. with galleries in Provincetown and Harwich Port. He exhibits year-round while presenting new work at both locations each summer. He has also exhibited with many other venues, groups and galleries on Cape Cod and throughout the Greater Northeast.
Hawkey’s representational approach to painting makes familiar and even unfamiliar places accessible, comfortable and allows the viewer to easily relate to the work. He is most noted for his informed paintings of historic places and of architectural and natural sites using the subtleties as well as the boldness of light in his work.
