There is nothing as good as a perfectly roasted chicken for a Sunday evening supper. However, we have a tendency to overdo chicken sometimes.
Let’s give chicken a break tonight! We will dine on quails, guinea hens, wild shot Scottish partridge (watch out for the buckshot!) and cheeses. We will wash this down with red and white Burgundies.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
