Learn to make a landscape art quilt using raw edge appliqué.  During the workshop we’ll discuss and practice making a pattern, using double-sided fusible adhesive, fabric selection, layering, and various stitching techniques.

Experienced landscape quilters will receive guidance while working on a project of their choice.   Those new to landscape quilting should plan on creating a 12-inch square quilt of a house or check with the instructor about an alternate scene.  A basic house pattern will be provided or participants can bring an appropriately sized large photograph of their own home or scene.  Participants will be encouraged to add their own original embellishments.

Some Sewing experience is necessary.
