September Art Show

Presented by Brewster Ladies' Library at Brewster Ladies' Library

Since moving to Cape Cod, Mark Nevins has modified his art to create monochromatic abstractions with deepening layers of complexity. He was strongly influenced by cubism and abstract expressionism.

Chris Graham paints colorful abstractions, employing quasi-geometric forms. He is a life-long resident of Cape Cod and an avid guitar player.

Rosemary Quantick was born in England in 1950 before moving to America with her English father and Slovenian mother. She has lived in Chatham, Brewster, and North Eastham, and much of her artwork is inspired by the sea, salt air, and sands of Cape Cod. Rosemary taught herself to paint at an early age. She is also a horticulturist, and has been for forty years.

This exhibit is sponsored by the Brewster Ladies’ Library. Please call the Library at (508) 896-3913 before coming, due to the exhibition room sometimes being in use for a program and not open for viewing.
