December 10
Nothing takes the edge off the holidays quite like the beloved soundtrack to “A Charlie Brown Christmas” by Vince Guaraldi. Since the “Peanuts” holiday special first aired in 1965, its score has become one of the most recognizable jazz recordings of all time. Revel in the pure, unadulterated meaning of Christmas with a live performance of this beloved classic holiday album, performed by a trio featuring three of the Cape's finest musicians; Malcolm Granger, piano; Rich Hill, bass; and Michael Dunford, percussion.
Malcolm, Rich, and Michael are donating their talent. Admission is free, we ask that everyone bring gift cards from supermarkets only, minimum of $10 — from Stop & Shop, Star Market, Shaw's, Trader Joe's, BJs, and Whole Foods.
Your gift card will benefit Housing Assistance Corporation’s Angel House, serving moms with substance abuse issues and their children.
