The range of food and wine offered in the Veneto region enhances the pleasure of small things by combining simple and genuine products with new and ancient traditions. Every province in the region is proud of its delicious specialties and of its famous quality wine along with a deep love of the earth shared by Venetians. Enjoy assorted salami’s, crab, corn and basil crepes, roast squab with roasted radiccio and cheeses from the Chatham Cheese company. This class meets in the Culinary Arts Center in the Education Wing.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
