An Experience of Sound, Sensation and Vibration. With Bettina Brown

An Experience of Sound, Sensation and Vibration. With Bettina Brown

Presented by Cultural Center of Cape Cod at Cultural Center of Cape Cod

Open your heart to an unforgettable experience featuring Bettina Ann Brown playing the crystal bowls. Explore how the sounds of the crystal bowls can have a powerful and immediate impact on your whole body. Quartz crystal singing bowls are known to nourish the nervous system. Each bowl is keyed to the seven energy centers also known as chakras. A variety of instruments will accompany the bowls as you rest in a comfortable seated position or lie horizontal on a yoga mat or the support of your choice. Bettina will guide listeners 15 years and older through a variety of sounds in a unique and intuitive manner.  Some benefits participants have shared include heightened awareness, spiritual advancement, deep sleep, waves of peace and harmony within. To enhance your experience, comfort is a priority. It is highly recommended to bring more than less. Suggested items include blankets, pillows, socks, eye pillows, yoga mat, or anything padded as it's best to enjoy a sound bath lying horizontal on the floor. Chairs will be available or you may bring your own. Bettina is a local sound artist offering healing baths to the Cape community since 2014. She is also a reiki master, and teaches yoga at the Cultural Center every Thursday mornings, Centerville Yoga & Wellness and several assisted living facilities.
