Workshop: Balancing Change & Managing Life Transitions

How do we balance the change events in our lives–personal or professional? That’s the work of transitions. Join Helping Our Women’s Executive Director, Gwynne Guzzeau, in an interactive workshop where you’ll learn some tools to help manage the change events in your life so they don’t manage you! Whether your transition is personal (e.g. a health diagnosis, aging, downsizing) or professional (e.g. retirement, job loss, career change), you’re welcome to attend this educational workshop hosted by Helping Our Women for the benefit of the communities we serve.
