Now that it's February on the Cape it’s time to make soups to eat by the fireplace. We will make black eyed pea and ham soup, wild mushroom soup with sheeps' milk cheese dumplings and smoked duck consomme with root vegetables. We will be drinking hearty Rhone wines where the Mistral is barreling through! Cheeses to finish.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
