Teen Chef with Chef Joseph Cizynski

Join us as we prepare easy recipes. Your child will cook dishes “hands-on” in a friendly and casual, chef supervised environment. Includes all supplies and food costs. This class is for kids ages 13 and up. This class meets in the Culinary Arts Center in the Education Wing.

Monday-German Grill
Sizzling Bratwursts, salmon and chicken with apples all from the grill. Some German sides like spaetzle and sauerkraut.

Tuesday-Asian Foods
Shrimp stir fry, roast pork with kim-chi and vegetable stir fry.

Wednesday-BBQ!!
St Louis style ribs, grilled smothered chicken and vegetable kebabs are on our menu.
