Shape, value and color are the three elements of a good painting. Regardless of your medium, understanding their importance is key to your success. Let's discuss the why and how of these three elements and how artists of every generation have used them, so you can too! Other mediums are welcome. Must be on an intermediate to advanced level, and have their own supplies. This class meets in the Fresh Paint Studio on the second floor in the Education Wing.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
