The Samba originates from Brazil and is danced as a festival dance during the street festivals and parades. The Samba became popular internationally in the 1920’s and 30’s and was stylized and made to have danceable patterns by ballroom dancers for use in partner dancing. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
